Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na možnosti uplatnění osob se sluchovým postižením na trhu práce. Cílem této práce je prozkoumat možnosti uplatnění osob se sluchovým postižením na trhu práce a popsat specifika zaměstnávání osob se sluchovým postižením, včetně příčin obtížného pracovního uplatnění osob se sluchovým postižením. V teoretické části práce vymezuji pojem osoba se sluchovým postižením a přibližuji technické kompenzační pomůcky, které osoby se sluchovým postižením používají. Dále je tato práce více věnována příčinám obtížného pracovního uplatnění osob se sluchovým postižením. Objasňuji možné způsoby komunikace osob se sluchovým postižením. Cílem dotazníkového šetření je zjistit, jaké jsou příčiny obtížného uplatnění osob se sluchovým postižením na trhu práce. Dále chci zjistit způsoby, jakými lidé se sluchovým postižením hledají práci a jak dlouho ji hledají. Cílem mého výzkumného šetření je zjistit, zda lidé se sluchovým postižením obtížně hledají práci a pokud ano, jaké jsou příčiny a jestli se lidé takto postižení uplatňují na trhu práce ve svém oboru nebo mimo obor.This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of assertion of people with hearing impairment in the labour market. The aim of thesis is to explore the possibilities of assertion of people with hearing impairment in the labour market and to describe specifics of the employment, including causes of difficult labour assertion of people with hearing impairment. In the theoretical part of thesis the concept of person with hearing impairment is defined and there are presented technical compensatory aids which people with hearing disability use. Further the thesis describes reasons of difficult labour assertion and the possible manners of communication with people hearing impaired. The objective of a questionnaire survey is to find out, what are the causes of difficult labour assertion of people with hearing impairment. The part of the research is to find out the approximate period of time which is needed for finding a job and the ways of searching for it, which are used by people with hearing impairment. The aim of the research survey is to find out if people with hearing impairment difficulty have difficulties to find a work and if so, what are the causes if people with these disabilities assert in the labour market more in the field or out of their field.
