Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou inkontinence moči u žen. Jedná se o práci přehledovou. První část je zaměřena na její definici, klasifikaci a dále projevy inkontinence moči v těhotenství a po porodu. Pojednává o epidemiologii inkontinence moči u žen, rizikových faktorech a její diagnostice. Poslední část popisuje léčbu inkontinence moči, prevenci, edukaci a roli porodní asistentky v souvislosti s touto problematikou. V textu jsou zakomponovány výsledky různých studií zabývajících se inkontinencí moči u ženy v různých životních etapách. Cílem bylo napsat ucelený přehled o problematice inkontinence moči u žen.This thesis deals with the issue of female urinary incontinence. It is the job briefing. The first part focuses on the definition, classification and symptoms of urinary incontinence associated with pregnancy. Further discusses the epidemiology of urinary incontinence in women, risk factors, and its diagnosis. The last part describes the treatment of urinary incontinence, prevention, education and the role of midwife in relation to this issue. The text incorporated the results of various studies of urinary incontinence in women at different life stages. The aim was to write a comprehensive overview of the issue of urinary incontinence in women.
