Diplomová práce se věnuje specifikům práce ženy jako etopeda ve vybraných zařízeních Olomouckého kraje. Cílem naší práce je zjistit, zda má žena na této pozici nějaká specifika ve srovnání s mužem z pohledu studentů etopedie, ředitelů/vedoucích vybraných zařízení a etopedů těchto zařízení. Teoretická část obsahuje čtyři kapitoly, které seznamují s celkovou problematikou. Praktické části je věnována pátá kapitola, ve které je rozpracován realizovaný výzkum.This thesis deals with the specifics of woman´s work in the field of special pedagogy dealing with behavioral problems in selected facilities in the Olomouc Region. The aim of our work is to determine whether a woman in this position has any specifics in comparison with a man from the perspective of ethopedy students, directors / managers of selected facilities and employees dealing with behavioural problems in this selected facilities. The theoretical part contains four chapters that introduce general issue of this thesis. The practical part is devoted to the fifth chapter, in which is processed implemented research.
