Práce se zabývá povahou a procesem rozvoje udržitelného turismu na území argentinské republiky, od svého počátku až po současnost. První část textu nás seznamuje s obecnou problematikou udržitelného turismu a historií tohoto konceptu. Ve druhé části práce je důraz kladen na geografickou, demografickou, ekonomickou a sociální charakteristiku státu. Třetí kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou odvětví udržitelného turismu na území Argentiny, zaváděním a prosazováním konceptu udržitelnosti. V poslední kapitole jsou pak analyzovány některé zásadní faktory bránící či snižující možnost rozvoje udržitelného turismu. Závěrečná část práce rovněž shrnuje celkovou problematiku a vyzdvihuje základní možnosti a rizika pro rozvoj daného odvětví.The thesis deals with the character and development process of sustainable tourism in the territory of Argentina. The first part of the text familiarizes us with the general points at isme in sustainable tourism and the history of this concept. In the second part of the thesis the emphasis is put on the geographical, demographic, economic and social characterization of state. The third chapter deals with the characterization of the sustainable tourism sector in the territory of Argentina, as well as the launch and promotion of the concept of tourism sustainability. Lastly, the thesis analyzes some principal factors impeding or limiting possibilities for development of sustainable tourism. The chapter also summarizes the most important points at issue and highlights basic possibilities and risks for development of the given sector.
