Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací nepedagogických zaměstnanců ve školství. Teoretická část práce definuje školská zařízení a zaměstnance školství, vymezuje základní pojmy v oblasti motivace, vysvětluje teorie motivace a mapuje nástroje stimulace, které aplikuje na oblast školství.Výzkumná část zjišťuje současnou míru spokojenosti nepedagogů se stimuly, které vedení školských zařízení užívá k jejich motivaci. Na základě těchto výsledků odhaluje slabá místa, na která je třeba se při motivaci nepedagogických zaměstnanců zaměřit.Bachelor thesis deals with motivation of non academic workers in the education sector. The theoretical part of the work defines the educational facilities and employee education, defines the basic concepts in the field of motivation, explains the theory of motivation and stimulation tools, maps that applies in the area of education.Research section determines the current level of satisfaction of non academic staff with incentives that schools use for their motivation. Based on these results, reveals weak points which should be used as motivation for non academic staff.
