Cílem práce je identifikovat prahové kompetence učitele hudebního oboru ZUŠ. Po teoretickém vhledu do problematiky kompetencí se zaměřením na kompetence učitele hudby přináší práce popis uskutečněného výzkumného šetření i jeho výsledky v podobě přehledu prahových kompetencí učitele hudebního oboru ZUŠ včetně popisu chování, kterým se tyto kompetence projevují. Práce je příspěvkem ke zkvalitnění personálních činností ředitelů ZUŠ při přijímání nových učitelů a jejich vedení v počátcích jejich kariéry. Nabízí se také jako jeden z možných podkladů při dalším zpracovávání problematiky kompetencí učitele ZUŠ.. -- Abstract: The topic of this bachelor thesis is the area of competencies of a teacher of a basic school of arts which has been rarely dealt with. The aim of the thesis is to define the threshold competencies of a music teacher at basic school of arts. The thesis first deals with the theory of competencies with the focus being on competencies of a music teacher followed by the description of the conducted survey and its results in the form of summary of threshold competencies of a music teacher at basic school of arts including the description of behaviour characteristic for these competencies. The thesis can contribute to an improvement of personnel activities of directors of basic schools of arts when accepting new teachers and subsequent supervising of their early careers. The thesis can also serve as a possible base for any further dealing with the problem of competencies of a music teacher at basic school of arts.
