Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou firemní kultury ve společnosti John Crane Sigma a.s. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na téma firemní kultury a s tím spojené pojmy jako funkce, prvky, úrovně a typy firemní kultury. Dále tato část popisuje proces změny firemní kultury. Analytická část práce představuje společnost John Crane Sigma a.s. a dále analyzuje stav firemní kultury v této společnosti. Návrhová část práce navazuje na část analytickou a podává návrhy a doporučení, která mají za cíl zlepšit firemní kulturu v této společnosti a uvádí tak několik tematicky zaměřených aktivit, které by měly rozvíjet, upevnit a vylepšit firemní kulturu v rozvíjející se společnosti John Crane Sigma a.s.Diploma thesis deals with the analysis of corporate culture in John Crane Sigma a.s. The theoretical part concentrates on the theme of corporate culture and related concepts such as the functions, the elements of corporate culture as well as its levels and types. Subsequently, this part of the thesis describes process of corporate culture change. Analytical part starts with introduction of the company John Crane Sigma a.s. and further analyses the state of corporate culture in this company. Proposal part of this thesis follows the analytical part and it gives some suggestions and recommendations aimed on the improvement of corporate culture in this company and introduces several thematically divided activities which should develop, strengthen and upgrade corporate culture of developing company John Crane Sigma a.s.
