V bakalářské práci se věnuji stresorům humnitárních pracovníků a možnostem psychohygieny. Věnuji se potřebám, jejichž uspokojování může být ohroženo v prostředí humanitární práce. Dále se věnuji psychohygieně, její důležitosti pro duševní zdraví a jednotlivým aspektům v návaznosti na humanitární práci.The thesis focuses on the stressors of humanitarian workers and the possibilities of mental hygiene. The aim is to explore needs, of which fulfilment can be endangered in the working field of humanitarian assistance. Thereafter the thesis deals with mental hygiene, its importance for humanitarian workers and the aspects in connection with humanitarian assistance.
