Práce se zabývá česko-rakouskými euroregiony, jejich vznikem, vývojem a perspektivami. V úvodu je vymezen pojem euroregion, jeho struktura organizace a náplň přeshraniční spolupráce. Práce se věnuje euroregionům v České republice se zaměřením na česko-rakouské ? Euroregion Šumava, Euroregion Silva Nortica a Euroregion Pomoraví. Vývoj české části výše uvedených euroregionů je postihnut pomocí vývoje členské základny od roku vzniku těchto přeshraničních sdružení. V práci je dále popsáno financování česko-rakouského pohraniční prostřednictvím programu CBC Phare, iniciativy INTERREG IIIA Česká republika ? Rakousko a Operačního programu přeshraniční spolupráce Česká republika ? Rakousko. Nezbytnou součástí je oddíl analyzující množství a oblasti zaměření projektů, které byly realizovány v letech 2004?2006 v rámci programu INTERREG IIIA ČR ? Rakousko. Práce uveřejňuje také výsledky dotazníkové šetření hodnotící česko-rakouskou spolupráci.This thesis deals with Czech-Austrian euroregions, their origin, development and perspectives. The conception of euroregion, its organizational structure and the contents of cross-border collaboration are specified in the introduction. This work addresses euroregions in the Czech Republic with a view to the Czech-Austrian ones ? specifically Euroregion Šumava, Euroregion Silva Nortica and Euroregion Pomoraví. The development of the Czech part of the above mentioned euroregions is rendered by means of the development of the member base since the year of the origin of these cross-border associations. Financing of Czech-Austrian borderland is described through the program CBC Phare, initiative INTERREG IIIA Czech Republic ? Austria, and by means of the operational programme: cross-border collaboration Czech Republic ? Austria. An indispensable part of this work is the section analizing the amount and focus of projects realised in the years of 2004 ? 2006 within the frame of the programme INTERREG IIIA Czech Republic ? Austria. This work also discloses the results of questionnaire survey assessing the Czech ? Austian collaboration.
