Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na obecné asthma bronchiale, jeho příčiny, příznaky, diagnostiku, léčbu a inhalační systémy, které se používají v léčbě. Praktická část obsahuje výzkum, který byl proveden pomocí anonymního dotazníku a klinického pozorování respondentů při manipulaci s placeby jednotlivých inhalačních systémů. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno pouze u respondentů s diagnózou asthma bronchiale. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou interpretovány formou tabulek a grafů a dále jsou rozvedeny v diskuzi.The theoretical part of this thesis is aimed at general asthma, reasons, symptoms, diagnostic, therapy of astma bronchiale and inhalation systems for therapy asthma. The practical part contains the research which was done by anonymus questionnaire and klinical observation of respondents when they work with placebos of inhalation systems. The research was done by respondents who has diagnosis asthma bronchiale. The results of research are interpreted in tables and graphs and further on they are describe in the discussion.
