Diplomová práce zkoumá význam faktorů pohlaví, typu štěpu, přidružených poranění kolenního kloubu, absolvování předoperační rehabilitace a počet návštěv rehabilitace pooperační pro návrat funkce kolenního kloubu po plastice LCA. Testovaný soubor tvořilo 12 probandů, pacientů, kteří podstoupili plastiku LCA na Ortopedické klinice FNOL. Měření a klinické vyšetření do výzkumu proběhlo ráno před proděláním operace, po prvním a po druhém pooperačním měsíci, anketa a dotazník Lysholmovo skóre byly vyplněny po uplynutí čtvrtého měsíce po operaci. Probandi byli rozděleni do skupin a byl u nich zkoumán rozsah pohybu do flexe a extenze, Lysholmovo skóre, stabilita a subjektivní spokojenost s výsledkem plastiky.My graduation theses examines the significance of the agents of the sex, implant type, associated wounds of the knee joint, the pre-operative physiotherapy and the visit amounts of postoperative physiotherapy for function return of the knee joint after LCA reconstruction.The tested set was formed by the 12 probands, patiens who underwent the LCA reconstruction on the Orthopedical Clinic of FNOL. The measurings and the clinical examinations for the research proceeded in the morning before the planned operation, after the first and the second postoperative months. The poll and the questionnaire Lysholm score were filled after the expiry of a period of 4 months after the operation. The probands were dividend into the groups and the flexion and extension movement extent, Lysholm score, stability and the subjective satisfaction with the plasty results.
