Cílem diplomové práce bylo rozmístit a kategorizovat stravovací zařízení ve venkovském regionu v zázemí Olomouce. Jako venkovský region v zázemí Olomouce byl vymezen Region Haná. Práce popisuje a charakterizuje všechna existujících stravovacích zařízení v regionu a rozděluje je do jednotlivých kategorií podle zvolených ukazatelů. Kromě toho se práce zabývá typologií, klasifikací a propagací stravovacích zařízení. V práci byla také vytvořena analýza dodavatelsko ? odběratelských vazeb vybraných produktů.The aim of the thesis was to distribute and categorize the catering establishment in the rural area around Olomouc. The Hana region was determined as an appropriate rural area in Olomouc subregion. This thesis describes and defines all of the existing catering establishment in the defined region and divides them into particular categories according to well-taken indicators. Moreover this thesis is focused on a typology, classification and promotion of the catering establishment. In this thesis an analysis of customer-supplier links of chosen products was being created as well.
