Testovaný soubor tvořilo 13 pacientů, kteří podstoupili terapii dle McKenzieho ve FNOL. Měření pomocí povrchové elektromyografie v kombinaci s posturografií proběhlo na začátku terapie a opětovně po třech měsících. Součástí výzkumu byla dále dotazníková metoda. Zkoumali jsme rozdíl subjektivního pocitu bolesti dle vizuální analogové škály, v kvalitě života, rozložení zatížení končetin před a po rehabilitaci a timing svalů.. -- Abstract: This thesis deals with the McKenzie rehabilitation method and its effects on patients with herniated lumbar intervertebral disk. In the tested cohort were 13 patients who underwent the McKenzie therapy at the University hospital in Olomouc. The surface electromyography (SEMG) and posturography were performed in 13 patients at the beginning of the treatment and again after three months. Our research was combined with a questionnaire for the patients. We were interested in the differences between subjective perception of pain, quality of life, weight distribution on legs and muscle timing before and after the treatment.
