Práce se zabývá dílem francouzského spisovatele René Barjavela, představitele vědecko-fantastické literatury. Na základě analýzy románů Ravage, La Nuit des Temps a Le Voyageur Imprudent a imaginárních světů v nich vytvořených přibližuje autorovu vizi budoucnosti lidstva.The thesis focuses on writings of french novelist René Barjavel, one of the science-fiction literature representatives. It analyses imaginary universes in three of his novels, Ravage, La Nuit des Temps and Le Voyageur Imprudent and outlines the author´s vision of mankind´s destiny in the future.
