Diplomová práce je zaměřena na kvalitu poskytované péče po transplantaci ledviny. Teoretická část se zabývá kvalitou ošetřovatelské péče, mapami péče a transplantacemi se zaměřením na definici, druhy transplantací, legislativou, registrem dárců a příjemců orgánu, rolemi a kompetencemi sestry, přípravou a vlastní transplantace ledviny. Praktická část je zaměřena na dvě výzkumná šetření. První část výzkumného šetření je zaměřena na zjištění spokojenosti s poskytovanou péčí u respondentů - pacienti po transplantaci ledviny v ambulantní péči nefrologa ve FN Olomouc a FN U sv. Anny. Diplomová práce umožňuje nahlédnou do 6 zpracovaných případových studií u pacientů po transplantaci ledviny, kteří byli hospitalizováni ve FN Olomouc a FN U sv. Anny. Na základě těchto studií byla navrhnuta klinická mapa péče pro nekomplikovaný průběh po transplantaci ledviny od 0. do 4. dne.My Graduation theses is representing the quality of providing care after the kidney transplantation. In the theoretical part there are describe the qualities of nursing care, the care mapping and transplantations with focus on definition and types of transplantations, focus on legislation, the donator register and the register of recipient, roles and competency of nurse, preparation to kidney transplantation. The practical part is focus on 2 investigate search. First part of investigate search is focus on patient placidity with providing care (patients after the kidney transplantation in non-resident care in Teaching hospital Olomouc and Teaching hospital U sv. Anny). There are 6 case studies of patients which were hospitalized in Teaching hospital Olomouc and Teaching hospital U sv. Anny. On the basis these studies there is propose care mapping for uncomplicated process from 1st to 4th day after the kidney transplantation.
