Diplomová práce se zabývá osobou obviněného z pohledu de lega lata, seznamuje se s osobou obviněného, teoreticky zvládá práci s touto osobou tak, aby nedocházelo k formálním pochybením při vyšetřování trestných činů.This graduation thesis is engaged in accused person in the view of de lega lata. The main aim of this thesis is to take up with accused person and theoretically manage work with this person in the way that aviod mistakes during criminal investigation.
