Bakalářská práce "Příchod korejského investora na severní Moravu: příležitost nebo hrozba?" se zabývá investicí firmy Hyundai v České republice, na území průmyslové zóny v Nošovicích, kde tato firma buduje svou automobilku. Je zde popsán historický vývoj firmy Hyundai a vývoj praxe přímých zahraničních investic v České republice. V práci je zahrnut popis firmy Hyundai, důvody příchodu tohoto investora do České republiky i podmínky, za jakých byl tento příchod umožněn. Jsou zde rozebrány i některé body investiční smlouvy. V poslední části se práce zabývá dopadem investice na obyvatele zmíněných oblastí.The bachelor thesis "The Arrival of Korean Investor to Northern Moravia: Opportunity or Threat?" deals with the investment of Hyundai company in the Czech Republic's industrial zone in Nošovice. The investor builds a car factory there. The history of the company and development of foreign direct investments in the Czech Republic is described in the first chapter. Second chapter contains a description of the company, it also explains why Hyundai chose the Czech Republic for its investment. To be allowed the investment, Hyundai had to meet certain requirements, some of which are described in the thesis as well. Further, certain parts of the investment contract are discussed. The final chapter deals with impacts of the investment on the inhabitants of the regions influenced by this development.
