Tématem práce je právní ochrana vlastníka pomocí žalob in rem. Cílem této práce je vytvoření uceleného přehledu o žalobách in rem. Obsahem práce jsou čtyři žaloby in rem. Práce je zpracována do pěti kapitol. První kapitola popisuje pojem, druhy, nabytí, ztrátu a ochranu držby. Druhá kapitola obsahuje pojem, obsah, omezení a druhy vlastnického práva. Dále originární, derivativní nabytí a ochranu vlastnického práva. Třetí kapitola se věnuje rei vindicatio s důrazem na aktivní, pasivní legitimaci, obrany žalovaného, předmět reivindikace, náklady na věc a poškození věci. V poslední podkapitole je druhá žaloba reivindicatio utiles. Čtvrtá kapitola se zaobírá actio negativa při usufructu, služebnostech, imisích a přeměnu na actio negatoria. Pátá kapitola se týká actio Publiciana, a to aktivní, pasivní legitimace a problémů s dokazováním.The topic of the thesis is the legal protection of the owner by means of lawsuits in rem. The aim of this work is to create a comprehensive overview of lawsuits in rem. The content of the work is four lawsuits in rem. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes the concept, types, acquisition, loss and protection of possession. The second chapter contains the concept, content, limitations and types of property rights. Furthermore, original, derivative acquisition and protection of ownership rights. The third chapter is devoted to rei vindicatio with an emphasis on active and passive legitimation, defense of the defendant, object of revindication, costs of the thing and damage to the thing. In the last subsection, the second claim is reivindicatio utiles. The fourth chapter deals with actio negativa in usufruct, servitudes, imissions and conversion to actio negatoria. The fifth chapter deals with actio publiciana, namely active, passive legitimation and problems of proving.
