Přehledová bakalářská práce přináší nejnovější dohledané poznatky o epilepsii v těhotenství. Předkládá publikace o epileptických záchvatech v těhotenství, výskytu statusu epileptiku a možných komplikacích. Shrnuje informace o diagnostických metodách v těhotenství u žen s epilepsií, farmakoterapii a teratogenních účincích antiepileptické medikace. Sumarizuje informace o vedení porodu, poporodním období a péči porodní asistentky o ženy s epilepsií. Poznatky byly dohledány v odborných databázích PubMed, Web of Science, Medvik, Ovid a Google Scholar. Bylo použito celkem 36 odborných publikací, 2 knihy a 2 webové stránky.This bachelor thesis presents an overview of the latest findings on epilepsy in pregnancy. It presents publications on epileptic seizures in pregnancy, the occurrence of status epilepticus and its possible complications. The thesis summarizes information about diagnostic methods during pregnancy in women with epilepsy, pharmacotherapy and teratogenic effects of antiepileptic medications. It summarizes information related to management of labour and delivery, the postpartum period, and midwife care for women with epilepsy. The findings have been researched in professional databases PubMed, Web of Science, Medvik, Ovid and Google Scholar. The total of 36 professional publications, 2 books and 2 websites have been used.
