Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou morálních dilemat v práci speciálních pedagogů pracujících v SPC pro sluchově postižené. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část popisuje sluchové postižení, důvody jeho vzniku a možnosti kompenzace. Dále je zde rozebrána práce poradenských pracovišť, která jsou následně konkretizována na SPC pro sluchově postižené klienty, a náplň práce speciálních pedagogů v těchto centrech. Vysvětluji zde také pojmy jako je stres v práci speciálního pedagoga, dilemata, morální dilemata a syndrom vyhoření, který v práci speciálních pedagogů může vzniknout. V praktické části je popsána metodologie výzkumu, zde bylo použito kvalitativní výzkumné šetření, konkrétně metoda hloubkového polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Praktická část obsahuje popis záměru výzkumu a samotný výzkum. Zde bylo realizováno pět rozhovorů se speciálními pedagogy, kteří pracují v SPC pro sluchově postižené. V rozhovoru byly kladeny otázky, které zjišťují situace obsahující morální dilemata v práci těchto osob.This diploma thesis deals with the issue of moral dilemmas in the work of special pedagogues working in the SPC for the hearing impaired. The work consists of two parts. Theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes hearing impairment, its reasons and possibilities of compensation. Furthermore, the work of counseling centers is analyzed, which are then specified at the SPC for hearing-impaired clients and the scope of work of special educators in these centers. I also explain concepts such as stress in teaching, dilemmas, moral dilemmas and burnout, which can arise in the work of special educators. The practical part describes the research methodology, where a qualitative research survey was used, specifically the method of in-depth semi-structured interview. The practical part contains a description of the research intent and crumpled research. Five interviews with special pedagogues working in the SPC for the hearing impaired were conducted here. The interview asked questions that identify situations involving moral dilemmas in their work.
