Diplomová práce se zabývá inkluzivním vzděláváním a rolí asistenta pedagoga. Teoretická část práce objasňuje termín inkluze. Dále vymezuje pojem asistent pedagoga. Zaměřuje se na osoby se zrakovým postižením a na osoby s oslabením kognitivního výkonu. Praktická část je tvořena ze dvou kapitol. V první kapitole nalezneme cíle a metodologii výzkumného šetření. Další kapitola je tvořena dvěma případovými studiemi dívek se zrakovým postižením a oslabením kognitivního výkonu a charakteristikou vzdělávání v jednotlivých oblastech s využitím asistenta pedagoga. Práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jakou práci asistent pedagoga vykonává a jak je v inkluzivním procesu u konkrétních dětí s postižením důležitý.The diploma thesis deals with inclusive education and the role of a teaching assistant. The theoretical part of the thesis clarifies the term inclusion. It also defines the term teaching assistant. It focuses on people with visual disabilities and cognitive disadvantage. The practical part consist of two chapters. In the first chapter we will find the objectives and methodology of the research survey. The next chapter consist of two case studies of girls with visual disabilities and cognitive disadvantage and the characteristics of education in individual areas with the use od a teaching assistant performs and how important i tis in the inklusive process for specific children with disabilities.
