Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou trestní odpovědnosti sportovců za způsobená zranění, která vznikla v důsledku jednání, která mají znaky trestného činu. Teoretický úvod této práce se snaží scelit veškeré důležité poznatky, které byly učiněny jak v tuzemské, tak zahraniční literatuře a judikatuře. V rámci diplomové práce jsou tyto závěry poté aplikovány na problematiku trestní odpovědnosti sportovců v České republice. Závěr práce je věnován aplikaci učiněných závěrů na konkrétní případ z praxe.This thesis concerns with the issue of criminal liability of sports participants for inflicted injuries. The theoretical introduction of this thesis tries to combine all the important findings that have been made in both domestic and foreign literature and case law. Within the thesis, these conclusions are then applied to the issue of criminal liability of sports participants in the Czech Republic. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the application of the conclusions reached to an actual situation from practice.
