Bol súčasťou generácie teológov formovaných ešte pred koncilom, no svoju teologickú činnosť začal až v pokoncilovom období, kedy systematická teológia prechádzala podstatnými zmenami, týkajúcimi sa teologickej metódy. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol. Po stručnom predstavení životného príbehu a teologickej tvorby talianskeho autora, sa v druhej kapitole zameriame na metodologické otázky, ktoré podnietili celkovú štruktúru Bordoniho kristológie. Tretia kapitola predstavuje návrat ku koreňom kresťanskej viery, pričom sa sústreďuje na tie kľúčové momenty, okolo ktorých Bordoni zrekonštruoval životný príbeh Ježiša z Nazaretu. Obsahom štvrtej kapitoly je tajomstvo vtelenia - jedna zo základných právd viery, ktorá bola v priebehu dejín viackrát diskutovaná pre jej obsah. Kristologická reflexia M. Bordoniho sa vyznačuje nielen svojím rozsahom, hutnosťou a precíznosťou, ale aj obnoveným pokoncilovým prístupom, ktorý môže byť veľmi podnetným pre rozvoj teológie v našom kultúrnom prostredí.. -- Abstract: The dissertation deals with Christology of Marcello Bordoni, an Italian theologian of the 20th century, who has significantly influenced the development of Christology after II. Vatican Council in Italy. He belongs to the generation of theologians who started their activity in the post-conciliar period, when systematic theology underwent substantial changes concerning the theological method. The work is divided into four chapters. After a brief introduction to the life story and theological work of the Italian theologian, in the second chapter we will focus on the methodological issues that stimulated the overall structure of Bordoni's Christology. The third chapter presents a return to the foundation of the faith, focusing on those key moments around which Bordoni reconstructed the history of Jesus of Nazareth. The content of the fourth chapter is the mystery of the Incarnation, one of the fundamental truths of the faith, which has been discussed several times over the course of history for its content. Bordoni's Christological reflection is characterized not only by its extension, density and precision, but also by its renewed post-conciliar approach which can be very stimulating for the development of theology in our country.
