(105 468 znaků). : grafy, tab. + CD ROM. -- Oponent Jana Geršlová. -- Ved. práce Ondřej Kročil. -- Abstract: Tématem této bakalářské práce je provedení finanční analýzy společnosti TON a.s. za období 2013-2018. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na metody finanční analýzy, a to na obsah horizontální a vertikální analýzy, rozdílové ukazatele, poměrové ukazatele, bankrotní a bonitní modely a na ukazatel ekonomické přidané hodnoty. V praktické části je představena společnost TON a.s. Následně je v této části provedena finanční analýza podniku v souladu s metodami a ukazateli, které byly vysvětleny v teoretické části. Praktická část práce rovněž obsahuje srovnání podniku s odvětvím, ve kterém působí. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky provedené analýzy, jejich vyhodnocení a celkové posouzení finančního zdraví. V rámci vyhodnocení zmiňuji silné a slabé stránky podniku a případná opatření, která by mohla pozitivně ovlivnit budoucí vývoj společnosti.. -- Abstract: The subject of this bachelor's thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company TON a.s. for the period 2013-2018. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part focuses on the methods of financial analysis, namely the content of horizontal and vertical analysis, differential indicators, ratio indicators, bankruptcy and credibility models and the indicator of economic value added. The practical part introduces the company TON a.s. Subsequently, a financial analysis of the company is performed in accordance with the methods and indicators that were explained in the theoretical part. The practical part also contains a comparison of the company with the industry in which it operates. The resume summarizes the results of the accomplished financial analysis, its interpretation and overall appraisal of financial health of the comapany. As part of the interpretation of the results, I also mention the strengths and weaknesses of the company and possible measures that could positively affect future development of the company.
