Diplomová práce pojednává o postojích absolventů sociální pedagogiky, kteří pracují na pozici sociálních pracovníků v nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež (dále NZDM). Teoretická část práce si kladla za cíl na pozadí vztahu oborů sociální pedagogiky a sociální práce představit povolání sociálního pracovníka v NZDM. Cílem kvantitativního výzkumu bylo zjistit, jaké jsou postoje absolventů sociální pedagogiky k profesi sociálního pracovníka v NZDM. Chceme identifikovat, jaké znalosti a dovednosti absolventi spatřují na základě studia pro práci v NZDM za přínosné. Z výzkumného šetření jsme zjistili, že absolventi vyhodnotili za přínosné především znalosti z předmětu psychologie, sociální pedagogiky a sociální práce. Zároveň považovali za přínosné dovednosti aktivního naslouchání a komunikační dovednosti. Absolventi sociální pedagogiky zhodnotili celkovou připravenost na základě studia pro dané povolání spíše pozitivně. Ačkoli se nám nepodařilo prokázat existenci vztahu mezi tímto hodnocením a proměnnými, jakou jsou pohlaví, věk či nejvyšší dosažený stupeň vzdělání absolventů. Vyhodnotili jsme také, že se více než polovina respondentů před nástupem do NZDM dále vzdělávala.The diploma thesis deals with the attitudes of graduates in social pedagogy working as social workers in the low-threshold facilities for the youth. Based on the relation between social pedagogy and social work, the theoretical part of the thesis aimed to introduce the profession of social worker in the low-threshold facilities for the youth. The aim of the quantitative research was to find out the attitudes of graduates in social pedagogy to the profession of social worker in the low-threshold facilities for the youth. The research aimed to identify knowledge and skills of the graduates depending on their previous studies at the university. The graduates found the knowledge of psychology, social pedagogy and social work, as well as active listening and communication skills important. The graduates also evaluated studying of social pedagogy rather positive. There was found no relation between this evaluation and variables such as gender, age or the highest level of education. The study also showed that more than half of the graduates continued their further education already before they started to work in the low-threshold facilities for the youth.
