This bachelor thesis focuses on the work procedures of the editors of Television Noe. The aim is to describe the media routines used by editors on a daily basis and at the same time to characterize the common functioning of the newsroom. To fulfil the objective of the thesis, the chosen method is qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews with three respondents, who are current employees of TV Noe. The theoretical basis of the work is the concept of media routines itself. These bases represent the key foundation for the analytical part structure.
