(95 254 znaků s mezerami : tab. -- Ved. práce Martin Fafejta. -- Oponent Eva Klimentová. -- Abstract: Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivačními faktory pro práci v sociálních službách, je zaměřená na sociální pracovníky, kteří pracují v sociálně aktivizačních službách pro rodiny s dětmi Arcidiecézní charity Olomouc. Hlavní cíl je zjistit, které motivační faktory přispívají ke spokojenosti sociálních pracovníků v sociálně aktivizačních službách pro rodiny s dětmi. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojem motivace, její typy, zdroje a teorie. Seznámila jsem čtenáře s tím, co je kultura organizace, s motivací k práci a spokojeností pracovníků. Představila jsem Charitu a specifikovala ji jako Arcidiecézní charitu Olomouc. Popsala jsem sociálně aktivizační služby pro rodiny s dětmi a práci sociálního pracovníka. V empirické části jsem navázala na předchozí část a popsala metodologii kvantitativního výzkumu od cíle výzkumu a výzkumné otázky přes výběr respondentů, techniku sběru dat až po analýzu výsledků.. -- Abstract: My bachelor thesis concerns factors of motivation in social services. Its is focused on social workers, that work in social activation services for the families of Arcidiecézní charita Olomouc. The main goal is to find out, which factors of motivation contribute to the satisfaction of the social workers in social activation services for families. The theoretical part is focused on the term of motivation, its types, sources and theories. I made the reader familiar with the term the culture of the organisation, the motivation to work and the satisfaction of the workers. I presented Charita and specified it as Arcidiecézní charita Olomouc. I described social activation services for families and the work of a social worker. The empirical part is the follow-up to the previous part. I described here the methodology of the quantitative research, therein the research and research questions, the choice of the respondents, the method of collection of information and also the analysis of the results.
