Charakterizuje čeledi RNA virů napadající bez černý - Betaflexiviridae, Bromoviridae, Secoviridae, Tombusviridae a Virgaviridae a charakterizuje konkrétní virové druhy napadající bez. Experimentální část je zaměřena na detekci Cherry leaf roll virus, Elderberry carlavirus A, -B, -C, -D, -E, Elderberry aureus virus 1 a Rhabdovirus v 85 vzorcích listů bezu černého odebraných v produkční výsadbě a jejím bezprostředním okolí. 54 vzorků pocházelo z produkční výsadby a 31 vzorků z planě rostoucích keřů bezu černého. U Cherry leaf roll virus a Elderberry aureu virus 1 pocházela většina infikovaných keřů z planých keřů rostoucích v bezprostředním okolí.This bachelor thesis is about RNA viruses that infect black elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.) in cultural and wild pathosystem. Specifically, it focuses on Cherry leaf roll virus, Elderberry carlavirus A, -B, -C, -D, -E, Elderberry aureus virus 1 and Rhabdovirus. The theoretical part generally characterizes the genus of Sambucus, it focuses on black elderberry, its use and production in the Czech Republic and in the world. It also describes bacterial and fungal pathogens and pests found in elderberry. It characterizes the family of RNA viruses infecting black elderberry - Betaflexiviridae, Bromoviridae, Secoviridae, Tombusviridae and Virgaviridae. And it characterizes specific viral species infecting elderberry. The experimental part is focused on detection of Cherry leaf roll virus, Elderberry carlavirus A, -B, -C, -D, -E, Elderberry aureus virus 1 and Rhabdovirus in 85 samples of elderberry. The samples were collected from elder plants from orchard and from wild elder plants near the orchard. 54 samples came from the orchard and 31 samples from wild elderberry bushes near the orchard. Three species of viruses were detected at the site, namely Cherry leaf roll virus in 17 samples, Elderberry aureus virus 1 in 14 samples, Rhabdovirus in one sample. Elderberry carlaviruses was not detected. For Cherry leaf roll virus and Elderberry aureus virus 1 most of the infected specimens came from wild bushes growing around the orchard.
