Dosavadní výzkumy se zabývaly polyfonními znaky pouze v rámci znakového inventáře v moderní čínštině. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a analytickou. V analytické části byla provedena analýza korpusu obsahujícího 37 450 čínských znaků. Cílem práce bylo zjistit celkové zastoupení polyfonních znaků v novinovém textu, zkoumat tyto znaky z hlediska rozdílného počtu výslovností a změn v segmentální struktuře čínské slabiky. Na závěr analytické části byly výsledky porovnány s dosud provedenými analýzami znakového inventáře moderní čínštiny. Z komparace vyplývá, že lze pozorovat významné rozdíly v zastoupení a charakteru polyfonních znaků v inventáři moderní čínštiny a v zastoupení v souvislém čínském textu.. -- Abstract: The aim of this study is to analyse Chinese characters with multiple pronunciations. Present researches analyse only polyphonic characters included in inventary of modern Chinese characters. The thesis contains two parts, the theoretical and analytical. The analytical part includes the performed analysis of a corpus consisting of 37 450 Chinese characters. The primary goal of this study was to analyse the percentage of polyphonic characters in certain newspaper articles, to perform the analysis of polyphonic characters based on a different number of dissimilar pronunciation and also to analyse how the Chinese syllable structure is changed in a case of a character having multiple pronunciations. After the analysis was performed, the outcomes were compared to present researches of inventory of modern Chinese characters. The comparison concludes the percentage and the characteristics of the polyphonic characters in the inventory and in continuous Chinese text are significantly different.
