Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití podtlakové terapie u různých typů ran a defektů v chirurgických oborech u dospělých pacientů. Cílem této práce je sumarizace dohledaných aktuálních poznatků v oblasti hojení ran podtlakovou terapií, její účinky a výhody pro pacienty i pro ošetřovatelský personál a dále sumarizace dohledaných poznatků o úkolech a postavení všeobecných sester v péči o tyto pacienty. Předložené poznatky jsou čerpány z databází EBSCO, Google Scholar, PubMed a Science Direct.The bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of using vacuum therapy for various types of wounds and defects in surgical fields in adult patients. The aim of this work is to summarize the current knowledge in the field of wound healing under vacuum therapy, its effects and benefits for patients and nursing staff and to summarize the findings of the tasks and position of general nurses in the care of these patients. The presented findings are drawn from the EBSCO, Google Scholar, PubMed and Science Direct databases.
