Bakalářská diplomová práce se zabývá hlubším pochopením procesu integrace migrantů v neziskové organizaci ve Španělsku. Účelem bylo porozumět tomu, jak tento proces vnímají členové organizace i samotní migranti. Práce se věnuje popisu fungování organizace, začleňujícím aktivitám a participativnímu přístupu, který si obě dvě strany nabízejí navzájem. Veškeré poznatky a informace byly získány metodou zúčastněného pozorování v rámci antropologického terénního výzkumu. Všechna data byla po návratu z výzkumu zpracována technikou otevřeného kódování.The thesis deals with deep understanding of the integration proces of migrants in a non-profit organization in Spain. The intention is to know how this process members (the workers, volunteers and the immigrants) understand to the integration process. This study is based on working in the organization, the integrating actvities and the participant attitude, which both sides offer to each other. All the pieces of knowledge have been obtained by the method of participant observation in the anthropological field research. All data were processed by a technique of open coding after the return.
