Práce se zaměřuje na dvě konkrétní facilitační techniky z konceptu Proprioceptivní neuromuskulární facilitace. V teoretické části je přiblížena základní filozofie a historie konceptu a jsou zde popsány základní facilitační mechanismy. Hlavní část se zaměřuje na techniku rytmické stabilizace a stretch na počátku pohybu a jejich využití. Práce informuje o indikacích, kontraindikacích a rozdílech v provádění technik. Součástí práce je i kazuistika pacienta s bimalleolární zlomeninou.The thesis focuses on two facilitation techniques based on the Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation concept. The theoretical part deals with the basic philosophy and history of the concept and it describes the basic facilitation mechanisms. The main part of the thesis discusses the technique of rhythmic stabilization and stretch from beginning of range and their application. The thesis provides information on indications, contraindications and the differences in how the techniques are performed. The thesis includes a case study of a patient with bimalleolar fracture.
