Tato diplomová práce pojednává o teoretickém podkladu a mechanismech působení zrcadlové terapie. Dává nahlédnout do detailů neuroplastických procesů probíhajících po cévní mozkové příhodě a diskutuje, zdali je zrcadlová terapie vhodnou rehabilitační metodou u těchto pacientů. Dále je popsán průběh odborného experimentu a uvedeny jeho výsledky zaznamenané na vzorku reálných pacientů.This final thesis is concerned about the theoretical background and underlying mechanisms of the mirror therapy. It offers a closer look at the neuroplastic processes occuring after cerebrovascular accident and discusses the suitability of mirror therapy as a method of rehabilitation in these patients. A description of an experimental trial and its results obtained on a sample of real patients follows.
