Práce se zabývá analýzou možností filtrování obsahu webových stránek a omezení funkcionality (tzv. rodičovský mód) pro desktopové prostředí KDE za pomocí frameworku Kiosk a frameworku KConfig. Pro rodičovský mód bude přeportován nástroj pro ovládání Kiosku z KDE3 do KDE4. Navržený filtr obsahu webových stránek, vzhledem k volbě jazyka Python a návrhu, je použitelný i v jiných systémech jako je Windows nebo Mac OS.The thesis deals with analysis of options of web content filtering and functions limitation (ie. the parental mode) for the KDE desktop environment using Kiosk framework and KConfig framework. For the parental mode there will be ported tool to control Kiosk from KDE3 to KDE4. The filter of web content, in consideration of the choice of Python language and its design, is also applicable in other systems such as Windows or Mac OS.
