Bakalářská práce se zabývá zejména nejčastěji využívanými fyzioterapeutickými metodami v léčbě ženské stresové inkontinence. Úvod práce je věnován vymezení jednotlivých typů močové inkontinence a základním poznatkům o anatomicko-fyziologické stavbě a funkci dolního močového traktu a pánevního dna. Další část teorie je zaměřena na samotnou stresovou inkontinenci, příčinu jejího vzniku, formulaci jejích typů a základní možnosti diagnózy. Hlavní část práce je pak věnována rehabilitaci stresové inkontinence, vymezení základních metod fyzioterapie, užívaných jak ve světě, tak v České republice.The Bachelor´s thesis particularly deals with the most applied physiotherapy methods in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. The introduction is centred on defining of various types of urinary incontinence and basic knowledges of anatomical and physiological structure and function of the lower urinary tract and pelvic floor. The another part of the theory is focused on stress urinary incontinence itself also causes of its origin, definition of its types and basic possibilities of diagnosis. The principal part of the thesis devotes to physiotherapy of stress incontinence, defining of basic techniques of physiotherapy, which are used in the world as well as in Czech Republic.
