Cílem práce je analýza in situ izotermických a dynamických experimentů jaderného dopředného rozptylu a interpretace výsledků analýzy. Metallic glasses are materials with unique mechanic, magnetic and other properties. These properties are closely connected to the structural arrangement of an undercooled material. External influence causes the formation of nanocrystalline grains buried in the amorphous matrix. Description of the crystallization processes including their dynamics is important for understanding the relation between the microstructure and the magnetic properties of the metallic glasses. Nuclear forward scattering (NFS) is an experimental method based on Mössbauer effect. Due to intensive synchrotron radiation it allows us to study the crystallization process by following the hyperfine parameters during in situ experiments. The aim of this thesis is both analysis and interpretation of the in situ isothermic and dynamic nuclear forward scattering experiments. The purpose of the experiments was to observe the crystallization process of metallic glasses and to study the influence of an external magnetic field on the crystallization process. The analysis of the experiments allowed the observation of the nanocrystalline grains formation in sufficient detail. The crystallization in applied external magnetic field starts at lower temperature. The applied field also influences the final structure of the material when a formation of larger grains is prefered.
