Práce se zabývá motivací a spokojeností adolescentů v oddílech Olomouckého kraje zaměřujících svou činnost na pobyt a výchovu v přírodě. Seznamuje se základními rysy a vývojovými úkoly období adolescence, vysvětluje podstatu volnočasové výchovy, informuje o sdruženích zaštiťujících činnost oddílů Olomouckého kraje a objasňuje podíl motivace na celkové spokojenosti adolescentů. Praktická část práce zahrnuje postup a výsledky empirického šetření spokojenosti a motivace adolescentů v tábornických a turistických oddílech Olomouckého kraje.The thesis deals with motivation and satisfaction of adolescents of the Olomouc region children and youth clubs which focus their activities on education in nature. It introduces the basic features and developmental stages of adolescence, explains the essence of leisure education, informs about children and youth associations of the Olomouc region, and it explains what role motivation plays in the overall satisfaction of adolescents. The practical part includes the methodology and results of an empirical research on satisfaction and motivation of adolescents in outdoor children and youth clubs in the Olomouc region.
