Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat problematiku syndromu vyhoření s ohledem na nejnovější poznatky a studie a zjištění míry výskytu vyhoření u ředitelů krajských muzeí. Práce tedy bude obsahovat část teoretickou a část empirickou. V teoretické části popíši relativně nové termíny jako psychická bezpečnost práce, slušnost organizace, AWS (Areas of Worklife Survey - Přehled oblastí pracovního života) a zapálenost (engagement) jako protipól syndromu vyhoření. V empirické části chci ověřit předpoklad, že syndrom vyhoření se nevyskytuje jen u pomáhajících profesí, ale může se týkat jakékoliv pracovní oblasti.This Bachelor's Thesis aims at describing the issue of the burnout syndrome with regard to latest facts, studies and findings of burnout syndrome occurrences in directors of museums under regional administration. The thesis consists of theoretical and empirical parts. In the theoretical part I describe relatively new terms such as mental health at work, organizational fairness, AWLS (Areas of Worklife Survey) and engagement as opposite poles to the burnout syndrome. In the empirical part I intend to verify the assumption that the burnout syndrome occurrence is not only restricted to helping professions but may affect any areas of working life.
