Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje ve své teoretické části rešerši týkající se kolorektálního karcinomu - obecné informace a náhled do terapeutických přístupů. Dále je zařazen přehled používaných metod pro testování cytotoxicity a nakonec informace o biologicky aktivních chelátorech. Práce je zaměřena na výzkum v oblasti buněk a látek na ně působících. Chelátory byly v experimentální části přímo testovány pomocí MTT testu, fluorescenční mikroskopie a průtokové cytometrie. Výsledky testů byly zpracovány.Theoretical part of this bachelor thesis includes research of colorectal carcinoma - general information and a preview to the therapeutical approaches. Next section is a review of used methods for cytotoxicity screening and the last information is about biologically active chelators. The thesis is focused on research in field of cells and their affecting substances. In the experimental part of this thesis chelators were tested by MTT test, fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry, respectively. The results of these tests were processed.
