The cervicobrachial syndrome is a set of symptoms, for which very difficult diagnostics is typical. The causes of its generation are most often found in the region of the lower cervical section of the spine, the shoulder girdle, ribs or in the region of the upper thoracic aperture. The last mentioned region of its generation is generally called the thoracic outlet syndrome. It has been proved that the generated pathologies, which cause the particular obtrusive syndromes (not only in connection with the thoracic outlet syndrome), have their genesis of generation much earlier, before the symptoms themselves become evident. It is right these facts that the modern trends in physiotherapy rely on, when by means of testing of cortical motoric functions and the follow-up therapy the capability of stereognosis and somatognosis in patients is affected.
