Tato diplomová práce pojednává o mezinárodní družbě mezi vesnicemi Moyenneville (Francie), Willingham By Stow (Velká Británie) a Postřelmovem (Česká republika). První část je zaměřena na vztahy mezi uvedenými státy, jak v historickém, tak v současném dění. Další kapitola popisuje družbu, její vznik, založení, financování, řízení a na závěr kapitoly uvádím příklady mezinárodní družby s účastí uvedených států. Praktická část práce pojednává o konkrétní družbě. Popisuje počátek vzniku, průběh spolupráce a vývoj. Na základě dotazníků jsou odhaleny bariéry spolupráce, které jsou v další části objasněny. Cílem práce jsou konkrétní opatření k odstranění bariér a zajištění pozitivního vývoje družby.The Diploma Thesis deals with the international twinning between the villages Moyenneville (France), Willingham By Stow (Great-Britain) and Postřelmov (Czech republic). First part is focused on the relations between each country in historical and current context. The next chapter is dedicated to the twinning, its origin, foundation, the financial possibilities and method of managing. There are introduced the examples of international twinning with the participation of mentionned countries at the end of the chapter. The practical part deals with the particular twinning case. It describes the beginning of the foundation, the progress of the co-operation and further development. Based on the given questionnaire, the obstacles of twinning are revealed and explained in the next section. The aim of this work is concrete measures to eliminate the obstacles and to assure the positive development of the twinning.
