Tématem práce je vyšetřování heterofórií a možnosti využití synoptoforu při jejich měření. Cílem práce je získat přehled v problematice vyšetřování heterofórií. Práce by měla také poskytnout podrobný popis práce na synoptoforu a jeho využití při vyšetřování heterofórií. Práce je rozdělena na několik částí. V úvodní části je popsána anatomie oka, fyziologie binokulárního vidění jeho poruchy, vztah mezi akomodací a vergencí, a heterofórie. Dále jsou popsány metody vyšetřování heterofórií a postup práce na synoptoforu. V poslední části je popsáno vyšetření několika figurantů, na kterých byly prakticky ověřeny stanovené výzkumné předpoklady a srovnány dvě rozdílné metody při vyšetřování jejich heterofórií.Theme of work is the investigation of heterophoria and possibilities of using synoptoforu in their measurements. The goal is to get an overview in the problems of the investigation heterophoria. The work should also provide a detailed description of the work to synoptoforu and its use in the investigation of heterophoria. The work is divided into several parts. The first part describes the anatomy of the eye, the physiology of binocular vision disorders, the relationship between accommodation and vergence, and heterophoria. The following describes the methods for investigating heterophoria and progress of work on synoptoforu. In the last section describes the observation of several helpers, on which were experimented with fixed experimental conditions and compared two different methods for the investigation of heterophoria.
