Tato diplomová práce se zabývá transformací průmyslové výroby na Bruntálsku a možnými východisky pro regionální rozvoj. Proces transformace přinesl řadu změn, které ovlivnily nejen samotný sektor průmyslu, ale také celkový rozvoj tohoto území. V práci jsou analyzovány některé aspekty, které významně ovlivnily právě proces transformace, a to například změna zaměstnanosti v průmyslu, nebo změna odvětvové, vlastnické a velikostní struktury podniků. Další část práce byla věnována roli průmyslu v regionálním rozvoji a jeho vlivu z hlediska problematiky zaměstnanosti v Bruntálském regionu.This thesis deals with industrial transformation in Bruntal region and the basis for regional development. The process of transformation has brought many changes, which influenced industrial sector and development of this region as well. In the thesis there were analysed several aspects, which significantly affected the process of transformation ? for example the change of industrial employment, or the change of branch, ownership and largeness structure of companies. Another part of the thesis was applied to influence of industry in regional development, mainly in problems with employment in Bruntal region.
