Bakalárska práca má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Teoretická časť je obsiahnutá v dvoch hlavných kapitolách. Prvá kapitola bakalárskej práce rozoberá históriu sociálnej práce na Slovensku, históriu skúmania záťaže a stresu, povolanie sociálneho pracovníka, soc pracovníkov a pracovný stres. Druhá kapitola so svojimi podkapitolami vysvetľuje a rozoberá záťaž, stres, stresor, frustráciu, depriváciu a konflikt. Ponúka techniky zvládania záťažových situácií, vysvetlenie pojmu syndrómu vyhorenia, intervenčné programy. Empirická časť je obsiahnutá v dvoch kapitolách. Podkapitoly prieskumu tvoria: ciele prieskumu, metódy prieskumu, prieskumná vzorka, a ich následné štatistické spracovanie, interpretácia a závery prieskumu ako aj diskusia a odporúčania pre prax. Nasleduje záver bakalárskej práce, použitá literatúra a prílohy.Bachelor's thesis is theoretical and empirical nature. The theoretical part is contained in two main sections. The first chapter discusses the work of undergraduate social work history in Slovakia, history, examination workload and stress, the profession of social workers, social workers and job stress. The second chapter explains with its sub-headings and discusses the burden, stress, stressor, frustration, deprivation and conflict. It offers techniques coping with stressful situations, explain the concept of burnout, intervention programs. The empirical part is contained in two chapters. Subchapter survey are: survey objectives, survey methods, exploratory sample, and subsequent statistical analysis, interpretation and conclusions of the review and discussion and recommendations for practice. Followed by the conclusion of bachelor thesis, literature and used attachments.
