Má teoretická práce (Právní regulace fotografování a zveřejňování fotografií v médiích a odpovědnost fotografa, redaktora a vydavatele za jejich obsah a způsob použití) shrnuje a analyzuje českou právní úpravu práce fotografů pořizujících snímky zejména pro komerční využití a publikaci v médiích, a to především ve vztahu k omezením, které musí při své práci respektovat. A to z hlediska míst, kde je fotografování zakázáno či umožněno pouze s předchozím povolením, z pohledu subjektů a objektů, které mají být na snímcích zachyceny i způsobu jejich zobrazení na snímku z hlediska občanskoprávního i trestněprávního. To vše s poukazem na rozdíly v povinnostech a omezeních fotografů profesionálů a lidí, pořizujících snímky pro osobní potřebu. Zabývá se také odpovědností fotografa, redaktora a vydavatele za obsah zveřejněných fotografií v tisku a způsob jejich použití z hlediska ochrany osobnostních práv, práv autorských, ochrany zájmů regulovaných trestněprávními předpisy i z pohledu etiky novináře, a to s přihlédnutím ke stávající soudní judikatuře. Okrajově jsem se zmínila i o poznatcích z regulace fotografování v jiných zemích.My theoretical work (Legal regulation of photographing and publishing photographs in the media and the responsibility of the photographer, editor and publisher for their content and method of use) summarizes and analyzes Czech labour legislation regarding photographers taking images for commercial use and their publication in the media, particularly in relation to the constraints they have to respect during their work. It also addresses the places where photography is prohibited or allowed only with prior authorization from subjects and objects captured in the images and how they view the images in terms of civil and criminal law. The work highlights the differences in requirements and limitations between professional photographers and people taking images for personal use. It also addresses the responsibility of the photographer, editor and publisher for the content of photos published in the press with regard to the protection of personal rights, copyrights and the protection of the interests of the regulated criminal law from the perspective of the ethics of journalists, taking into account the existing case law. I have also tried to point out the differences in the law governing photographers' work in the Czech Republic compared to other countries It also occupies the responsibility of the photographer, editor and publisher for the content of photos published in the press and how they are used for the protection of personality rights, copyrights, protection of the interests of the regulated criminal law from the perspective of ethics of journalists, taking into account the existing case law. I tried to point out the differences in the photographer's work in other countries.
