Práce je založena na realizaci vlastního kvalitativního výzkumu zaměřeného na aspekt havárie jaderné elektrárny Černobyl, která se stala 26. dubna 1986 a v následujících dnech vyvolala obavy nejen v celé Evropě. Pomocí metody orální historie se pokouším odhalit, jaká byla nastalá situace v socialistickém Československu, kde fungovala režimní cenzura informací pospolu s vlivnou totalitní propagandou. Práce se skládá ze tří koherentních částí. V části teoretické předkládám komplexní popis havárie v Černobylu. Ve výzkumné části provádím vlastní analýzu režimní cenzury a zabývám se metodologií realizovaného výzkumu. Praktická část obsahuje analýzy a interpretace výpovědí narátorů účastnících se výzkumu. Práce vznikla na základě snahy proniknout do tzv. malých dějin a tím rozšířit možnosti vnímání fenoménu Černobyl a zabránit tak černobílé interpretaci nedávné minulosti.This graduation work is based on the foundation of a qualitative research that focuses on an aspect of a nuclear accident that occurred at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, on 26 April 1986, and in subsequent days had raised concerns not only in Europe. Using the oral history method, I try to reveal the post-incident situation as put forward in the socialist Czechoslovakia where an information censorship worked together with an influential totalitarian propaganda. The paper consists of three coherent parts, theoretical, research & practical. In the theoretical section I present a comprehensive description of the Chernobyl nuclear accident. In the research part I put forward an analysis of the regime´s censorship and pursue the methodology of the research. The practical part includes the analysis and interpretation of the statements which narrators involved in the research have made. The work is based on efforts to penetrate the so-called small history and thus expand the perception of the Chernobyl phenomenon and to try to avoid a black and white interpretation of the recent past.
