Bakalářská práce se zabývá výkladem pojmu bonding jako procesu a způsoby podpory bondingu v praxi. Hlavním cílem práce je nastínit důležitost podpory rané vazby vztahu matka ? dítě a možnosti naplnění jednotlivých kroků při péči bezprostředně po porodu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na objasnění pojmu, jeho významu pro dítě, matku, otce i celou společnost. Dále ukazuje historický vývoj pohledu na vnímání člověka a na změny v péči o matku a dítě. Zabývá se současnými postupy v českém porodnictví a neonatologii ve srovnání s doporučeními moderních vědeckých poznatků z oblasti psychologie. V praktické části je průzkum veden formou kvalitativního dotazování a pozorování podpory bondingu na porodním sále ze strany poskytovatelů péče a změn souvisejících se zaváděním nových postupů v oblasti podpory bondingu. V diskuzi a závěru práce je poukázáno na roli zdravotníků a celoživotního vzdělávání se v souvislosti s novými poznatky a jejich zaváděním do každodenní praxe.This bachelor thesis deals with the interpretation of the notion 'bonding' as a process and the ways of supporting bonding in practice. The main aim of the thesis is to outline the importance of an early attachment between a mother and a child and the possible fulfillment of particular steps in care immediately after the birth. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the explanation of the notion and its importance for a child, a mother and a father and for the entire society. Further it shows a historical development of views on the perception of a man as well as the changes in mothercare and childcare. The thesis also deals with modern methods in the Czech obstetrics and neonatal care compared to modern scientific knowledge in psychology. The practical part is devoted to research which is carried out as a qualitative interrogation and the observation of the personnel supporting bonding in the delivery room and changes caused by the introduction of new methods in the field of bonding support. The conclusion of the thesis shows the role of healthcare workers and the importance of lifelong learning in connection with new scientific achievements and their implementation in daily practice.
