Přehledová bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku selfmonitoringu u osob s diabetem. Hlavním cílem práce bylo vyhledat relevantní informace o selfmonitoringu, představit historii, definici a nejmodernější metody selfmonitoringu, přístroje a postupy pro selfmonitoring glykémie, glykosurie a ketonurie. Další část práce se zabývá nároky na pomůcky pro osoby s diabetem. Posledním cílem práce bylo popsat součásti, princip práce a budoucí perspektivy kontinuálních senzorů glykémie.Overview bachelor thesis is focused on self-monitoring in people with diabetes. The main objective was to search relevant information about self-monitoring, to present history, definition and the latest methods of self-monitoring, procedures and appartus for self-monitoring of glycemia, glycosuria and ketonuria. Next chapter focuses on demands on aids for people with diabetes. The last objective was to discribe components, principles of work and future prospects of continuous glucose sensors.
