Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením úrovně služeb v oblasti ustájení a výuky u vybraných jezdeckých center v Olomouckém kraji. Výzkum byl proveden na základe dotazníkového šetření, při kterém byly zjištovány priority a spokojenost majitelů koní, kteří mají své koně v uváděných jezdeckých centrech ustájené. Dále byl použit nestandardizovaný rozhovor s majiteli jezdeckých center. Na základe výsledku výzkumu bylo sestaveno doporucení pro zkvalitnení a zlepšení služeb nabízených jezdeckými kluby.The B.A. thesis deals with the assessment of the level of services in the housing and training at selected equestrian centres in the Olomouc Region. The research was conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey, in which priorities were determined together with the satisfaction of horse owners who have their horses housed in equestrian centres. Furthermore, the method of a non-standardized interview with the owners of equestrian centres was used. Based on the research results, recommendations were defined for the improvement of the services offered by equestrian clubs.
