Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá syndrómom vyhorenia v pomáhajúcich profesiách a skladá sa z teoretickej a empirickej časti. V prvej kapitole teoretickej časti sú opísané stres a záťaž, a v nasledovných podkapitolách vývoj ich skúmania od histórie po súčasnosť, príčiny a prejavy, situácie a na záver zvládanie stresu a záťaže. Druhá kapitola Syndróm vyhorenia, obsahuje štyri podkapitoly, zaoberajúce sa príčinami, ríznakmi, priebehom a podnetmi zameranými na prevenciu syndrómu vyhorenia. Tretia, záverečná kapitola teoretickej časti má názov ako samotná práca a obsahuje informácie o syndróme vyhorenia u policajtov, učiteľov, lekárov a sestier. V empirickej časti sa nachádza samotný prieskum na týchto štyroch druhoch povolania podľa dotazníka Maslachovej MBI. V závere praktickej časti uvádzame výsledky práce a ich aplikácie do praxe v podobe odporúčaní.Bachelor labour deals with the syndrome of burn in ancillary professions and consists of theoretical and empirical parts. The first chapter of theoretical part describes the theory of stress and burden, and the following captioned investigation of the evolution of their history after present, the causes and manifestations, situation and finally stress management and burden. Second burnout chapter is divided into four sub-heading, dealing with the causes, symptoms, course and initiatives aimed at preventing burnout syndrome. Third, the final chapter of the theoretical part has the name of the work itself, and contains information about burnout syndrome among police officers, teachers, doctors and nurses. In the empirical part is the actual survey in these four types of occupation according to the Maslachova MBI questionnaire. In summary, the practical part I present the results of work and their application to practice in the form of recommendations.
